These Terms of Service govern your use of the Val Systems website and services. Val Systems is operated by Valery Media Group LLC. By using our website, submitting information, paying any fee, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Val Systems provides appointment-setting and lead generation services for roofing and remodeling contractors in the United States. Services may include:
During the first thirty (30) days, Val Systems does not charge a monthly retainer fee. Clients are responsible for advertising spend, per-appointment fees, and any agreed service fees. After the trial period, ongoing service terms may include a monthly retainer under a separate agreement.
Val Systems does not guarantee a specific number of appointments, leads, closed sales, revenue increases, return on investment, or business growth. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, service quality, pricing, contractor availability, sales performance, and geographic demand.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly to leads, maintain professional communication, attend scheduled consultations, and comply with all applicable laws.
Clients agree to pay all agreed fees when due. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services, cancellation of campaigns, or termination of agreements. All payment processing is handled through Stripe or authorized payment providers.
To temporarily reserve a service territory and evaluate contractor eligibility, Val Systems charges a $25 reservation fee. This is a fully refundable good-faith deposit - not a payment for the service itself. Its only purpose is to hold your area exclusively while we confirm we are a fit, and to keep the process fair given the volume of inquiries we receive.
The $25 reservation fee is fully refunded if any of the following apply:
If you do move forward with us, the $25 is applied as a credit toward your first month - so it is never an added cost to you either way. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The reservation fee becomes non-refundable only once service delivery has begun at the client's request. Service delivery may include territory approval, onboarding, campaign preparation, lead generation setup, appointment-setting activities, or advertising launch preparation.
Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) business days. Actual posting times depend on Stripe, banking institutions, and payment processors. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
All content, systems, processes, branding, text, graphics, and materials provided by Val Systems remain the property of Valery Media Group LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valery Media Group LLC and Val Systems shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, or incidental damages. The maximum liability of Valery Media Group LLC shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Val Systems during the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valery Media Group LLC, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your business operations, your use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for non-payment, fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting.
